1. How much is the office space?
   Our rates and office packages are customized to suit your needs. Individual offices range in size and we will give you a quotation according to your requirements. We also offer a variety of Virtual Office Packages that you can choose from.
   
   
2. Can you provide just telephone answering service?
   Yes. We provide personalized telephone answering services in your company name. We get to know your business  so that we can provide your clients with intelligent, appropriate responses. In this way, your clients will consider us as an extension to your office staff.
   
   
3. Would you accept large packages?
   Yes. We notify you immediately upon receipt of courier deliveries.
   
   
4. How long a lease do you accept?
   Quotations are based on a one-year lease, although shorter leases are available.
   
   
5. What security deposit requirements do you have?
   Equivalent of one-month's rental/service package.
   
   
6. Can you assist us with high-end computer tasks or requirements?
   Yes. Our staff is fully proficient in all Microsoft software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher and various accounting functions. We also have a highly specialized support person for your computer needs.
   
   
7. What service is included with the office rental price?
   Telephone answering, voicemail, verbal message relay, mail handling, courier receiving, reception services, coffee/tea, heat, light, janitorial and boardroom are all included in the office pricing.
   
   
8. Do you provide High Speed Internet?
   Yes. All offices have direct Internet wiring in place. It takes less than a day to arrange for the activation.
   
   
9. Can I bring in my own furniture and fax machine?
   Yes, although you may find that our package offering unlimited fax service per month is more effective and economical than installing and maintaining your own fax line, machines and paper. We also have fax lines available.
